CE Essentials Bundle Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: P&B Pty Ltd (ABN 38 689 996 147), contact hello@cecollective.com.au ("the Promoter").

2. Promotion period: The Promotion begins at 10:00:00am AEST on [19 June 2026] and ends at 11:59:59pm AEST on [10 July 2026]. Entries received outside this period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility: Open to residents of the United States and Australia aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter: To enter, complete the official giveaway entry form (via the link in our Instagram bio or the entry form in our ad), follow @ce_collectiveau on Instagram, and like the giveaway post. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize: One (1) winner receives one CE Essentials Bundle (Large Beige CE Signature Sand-Proof Bag, White CE Leak-Proof Bottle and White CE Reversible Towel), valued at approximately US$200 (A$254). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner selection & notification: The winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries on [11 July 2026]. The winner is notified by email within [2] business days of the draw and announced via @ce_collectiveau Instagram Stories. If the winner does not respond within [14] days, the Promoter may redraw and select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Privacy & marketing: By entering, you consent to joining the Promoter's mailing list and to the Promoter collecting and using your details (including your email) to run the Promotion and send marketing communications, in line with our Privacy Policy (cecollective.com.au/policies/privacy-policy). You can unsubscribe at any time. The Promoter — not Meta, Instagram or Facebook — is collecting this information.

8. Taxes: The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply to the prize.

9. Platform release: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Instagram or Facebook. By entering, you release these platforms from any liability in connection with the Promotion.

10. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion, or disqualify any entrant (including for suspected fraud or breach of these terms), where necessary and to the extent permitted by law. The Promoter's decisions are final. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
